That will turn two pillars at once, opening your way to the prize at the end of the tomb: Hoatzin's Hunger. Now, turn Mirror 2 to the right and illuminate the same platform Mirror 1 is illuminating. When you surface, go left and climb up the wall. The shotgun is best for the melee attackers, while an upgraded SMG or pistol is best for the ranged enemies.
